Defrag reports 453 fragments of a file that cannot be degragmented! File is invisible and can't be deleted!

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

This file is a *.flv file in C:\Documents and Settings\Don\local
settings\temporary internet file\content.IE5\DNAEQJEL\ according to
defrag which reported it can not be defragmented and has 453 pieces!

I have "show hidden files" selected in folder options and can NOT find
this file or even its folder DNAEQJEL. "Temporary internet files\"
shows to be be about 242 megs in size but there is nothing visible in
it.

I have run chkdsk /f repeatedly to no avail.

NTFS file system on Windows XP with all updates.

How can I get rid of this thing?

Thanks...Don
.
