Re: Help with missing DLL file

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

It means your sys was infected and Norton could'nt deal with it, or
leastways only removed some of its files
Try an online scan at Trend Micro

Hopefully someone has an idea what this is. First off i'm new to the
newsgroups so if i've posted in the wrong one I apologise first off.
A few days ago morton antivirus software detected some infected dll files
on
my pc which it then decided to delete as they couldnt' be repaired. One of
these files was "eubaqsj.dll" . Now on startup I get the following error
message
" C:\windows\system32\eubaqsj.dll
the specified module could not be found"
Everything seems to work ok apart from for a few minutes on startup media
player seems to be very jittery ( not sure if even connected, just started
at
same time!)
I've searched for this file online but can't find anything to help me and
don't have the xp disc as it came preloaded on my machine. Any ideas
whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.
