Adding to the XP Safe mode screen text...

It would be nice if Windows command prompt had more instructions to it! a
nice read me file would be good.
I have on a number of times had to boot into XP's safe mode to get past an
XP crash by going through the Safe Mode with Command prompt to access the
recovery console
I do this by typing at the command prompt:
c:\windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe or %systemroot%\...
Before I do this I need to type cd\. to get step down the tree from
documents & settings to the c:\ prompt, which I forget...
But due to it only happening once every so and so, I forget the line, I
wrote it down somewhere only to loose it!...

I want to type the line above into the Safe Mode Options screen so next time
I need to recover I can copy it from there. This would be very cool to have.
So can you tell me where the text/bat/ini file is so I can add into it?

Better still if its in the registry, I can make an import key and store it
with my XP files in archive, so next time I install an operating system I
can merge the instructions into the registry.

Thanks in advance.
