As a last resort, you might want to try uninstalling Roxio. Again, this has worked for me in the past. OH Also, I recently purchased a 50 pack of Sony CDs only to discover that nearly half were bad (i.e. would not burn). This has also happened before. I shipped them to Sony and they sent me back another set with an apology. All of those worked for me.
