Because I entered both key numbers to see which one was valid. Niether of
them were valid. My computer is a Compaq Evo N400c.

I bought a used computer and the validation key that the diagnostic test
showed is not the one on the bottom of the computer. Neither key is valid.

don't have the money to buy a new program. I am uable to do any updates.
