Hi Graham,
No. System Restore by default will only hold restore points for 90 days. Even if
you could you wouldn't want to. Restore much more than a week could cause more
problem than it fixes.
Here is a description of System Restore:

I need to restore to a point approx 06/01/06. System restore will only allow
me to go back to 07/01/06. Is there any way to go back further?

System restore will only hold one restore point. I have a 120 GB hard drive
with 30 GB used. In the system restore settings, everything is turned on
and the drive is being monitored. The allotted memory to system restore is
set to the max 12% (13 GB), but still only one system restore point will
exist at a time. Very rarely 2 restore points will exist, but they will
only last for a day or so.
Please help.
Thanks, Graham
