Hi,

Repair the Taskbar manually. See David's post here:

-or-

Line 164. Restore Taskbar to Default Functionality

Note: You may lose all the existing Taskbar settings, and the additional
toolbars that you may've added earlier.

When I shutdown or restart my PC, if I change my taskbar preferences, they
do
not reload. This has become rather annoying, as I must change my preferences
every time my system starts. Any suggestions?
