"Unsupported File Structure"

I just ran a disk analysis program on four of my drives and, according
to the program, all four have an "unsupported file structure." The
file structure should be NTFS and I'm running Windows XP Pro. I don't
have any problems that I know of with any of the drives - but I would
like to know if there's a way to fix this problem (without
reformatting, of course). Thank you.........
