Please help us to help you. What does "it won't let me" mean? What happens
when you try? Please quote the exact text of all error messages you get
verbatim.

As it stands, your question is akin to going to the doctor, and telling him
only "I'm sick. Cure me." Like the doctor, computer techs need to have
information on what's happened and what your symtoms are to be able to help
you.
