My issue is that NOTEPAD does not have an in the middle size, it will only
minimize or maximize...there is not option for the in betweeen....tried
everything...
I know there is a Reg Entry that remembers the last state of the window
size, and I am wondering if anyone know the Reg Location so I can enter a
size to fix the issue?
Note: the window will not resize...until I can put the middle/NORMAL Run
State in ...
Any help would be greatly appreciated....

You should be able to drag it to the size you want and then close it while
holding down the shift key. Then it should open to that size.
