Widows cannot open file: Microsoft Find Fast.Ink.disabled

Always at startup, an error-message window opens saying:

"Windows cannot open file: Microsoft Find Fast.Ink.disabled"

I tried various things, but to no avail.

How can I get rid of this nuisance?
