I have a 2 gig memory stick that I use at work to store my personal files.
I
store them on a memory stick rather that store them in a folder of a
shared
computer, a computer that is shared between five of us and which is set up
with one log on rather than multiple logon's that would allow each of us
to
have their own private section of the hard drive to store personal files.
The operating system is Windows XP Pro.



At home I have my own PC running Windows XP Home and I have created a copy
of my Memory Stick as a folder on my desktop and weekly I copy the data
from
my memory stick across to the folder on my desktop. This of course means
that every week I delete the contents of my desktop folder and copy across
the contents of my memory stick. Seems a long way to do things and I am
thinking there must be an easier way. A little program that would allow me
to insert my memory stick into the USB port, run a short program and the
contents of my memory stick would automatically transfer across to my
folder
that is on the desktop, it would however only copy across files that have
changed or are new, not overwrite the files that I haven't touched.
Similar
to Synchronise as used for my PDA.



Is there anybody in the group who can help, tell me how to achieve what I
want, any help will be be much appreciated.
