Hi Paige,

What is your CPU Processor Speed? How much physical Ram memory is installed? How are you connected to the Internet?

What application programs are running at the time you are having problems?

CPU Speed is 3.5 MHz, 1 Gig RAM, connected to internet via cable modem. Applications ... well sometimes it happens when I have no applications open except Windows Explorer (and whatever is running in the system tray, which is Google Desktop, AVG Antivirus, Sygate Firewall, Skype, Webshots and Notmad Explorer which connects to my MP3 player). Other times it happens when I have applications open like Firefox, Thunderbird, and possibly other things.
