Hi there
i have a Dell inspiron 8600 XP Pro SP2 fully updated
operating system is almost 2 y old and in good condition

when i 'm switching from adapter to battery, i get the following Blue
screen
BSOD
" Driver_irql_not_less_or_equal".

i cannot give you more than that because my laptop is not near me.
can someone put me in a direction to solve this problem.
chould i concentrate on the hardware, software, drivers, kernel etc...
