Re: NSIS Error-Installer Problem

If you got the program online, download it again.

If you have a disk, the disk might be damaged or dirty.

For viruses and other malware.

UPDATE your antivirus software and run a full system scan.

UPDATE whatever anti-spyware applications that you have and run a full
system scan with each one.

You might want to start in Safe Mode to run your antivirus and anti-spyware
software.

Running a full system antivirus scan or anti-spyware scan in Safe Mode can
be a good idea. Some viruses and other malware like to conceal themselves
in areas Windows protects while using them. Safe mode will prevent those
applications access and therefore unprotect the viruses or other malware
allowing for easier removal.

Hi everyone, happy Labor Day weekend.
I installed a program called FLAC. had a few minor problems. I uninstalled
the program then tried to reinstall it. Now it will not. :( I get this
message.

NSIS Error- The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or
incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download
or a virus.

You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.

It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch
(NOT RECOMMENDED)

Please help with this. I do not want to reformat. Thanks in advance.
Regards Rick
