See if you have that file in the windows\servicepackfiles\i386 folder. If
you have, copy/paste it to the windows\system32 folder.

Thanks for responding. I tried both the first did nothing at all. The
second says oleacc.dll is not an executable file and no registration
helper
is registered for this file type.
