Re: explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. (Critical)

Ran antivirus in safe mode and found 2 silly but nothing changed after
cleaning.
Ran system file checker complete and nothing changed.
Did Windows reinstallation in place and error keeps the same.

I'm runing out of ideas...

an addin could cause the problem too. For example, if you try to view a
link that loads a pdf file, but your pdf addin or program is not functining,
your ie will encounter an error and close...blah.....

Started to have persistent problems with windows xp.
I can't open *any folder* or control panel.

Double clicking a foloder for instance gives me that:

"explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will
need to restart the program."

If I look task manager a drwtsn32.exe appears and I must end the task to
continue.

Installed an explorer replacement, works ok.
Booting safe mode works, all folders are clickable.
Saw many people saying uninstall nvidia geforce drivers or update, none of
these works.

Went to msconfig: Diagnostic Startudp - load basic devices and services
only
But problem persists in that mode too.

Problem seems to be started after installing a web cam (that is now
working
properly)
All other things function (I can start programs, connect to internet, go
to
DOS cmd, and so on)

Checked microsoft notes that say to uninstall cleansweep (I don't have it
but can't uninstall anything since can't access control panel, unless I
boot
safe mode)

Virus and spyware clean (performed the scan, and there is no suspicious
processes running)

Could you please help me?
