Ron,
Reinstalled windows XP AGAIN. The error message and information is as
follows:
Page_Fault_in_nonpaged_Area
*** STOP: 0X00000050 (0XF0002799,0X00000000,0XF0002799, 0X00000002)
I have run memtest86 overnight with no errors.
Any recommendations>

Upgraded system to Conroe E6600 - Intel D975XBX MB - 2 GB OCZ Extreme
performance RAM, XFX GeForce 6800 PCIE Video adapter. Reinstalled XP Pro w
SP2. NO OVERCLOCKING - RAM at 667 MHz. New 600W PS which ran OK with new
Athlon64 CPU and system.
When I attempt to install the latest driver from NVidia, the system reboots
~ 1/3 the way through driver installation. If I uninstall the video card
under Control panel, System, Hardware, Video the system will recogonize the
card and attempt to reinstall drivers with the same result.
If you "leave the driver installed" the system goes into a continuous reboot
mode.
Have turned OFF HW acceleration and write combing with no success. Do not
see any resource conflicts in Device Manager.
System boots OK in safe mode. New 600W PS
Any suggestions on how to isolate and resolve would be appreciated.

Open Control Panel - System - Advanced and click on the Settings
button in the Startup and Recovery (bottom) section.
In the Startup and Recovery window click on the checkbox for
"Automatically restart" to clear it.
Click on Apply and OK as needed to exit.
Try installing the drivers again. You should get a "Blue Screen Of
Death" STOP error instead of a reboot. The contents of the STOP
message, including the STOP code, all 4 parameters, and any file or
module names mentioned will be a direct clue as to the underlying
cause of your problem.
Post that information back here or contact the video card
manufacturer's tech support with that data.
Good luck
