The following is the registry key for My Documents shell folder.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{450D8FBA-AD25-11D0-98A8-0800361B1103}
Export that key to a REG file, and include the contents in your reply. I'll
to do a value comparison with my system.

NO, Both Left Clicking or Right Clicking have no effect on the icon, nothing
happens.
It will not open. I went into screen settings, removed the icon and added it
back in with no change, it is definitly related to SP1 computers as the SP2
ones work fine, problem is I have 1000 SP1 computers.
