As posted previously, when I open Word the page is a mess; no margins,
can't
view the entire page unless I'm looking at a print preview....I tried
deleting the Normal file as directed, but there was absolutely no change.
Any
other options?
You could try posting to an MS Office newsgroup.
You are much more likely to get good help there.
