DHCP renew getting duplicate and invalid IP values

I've seen several people recently (customers of mine) that when they do
a ipconfig /renew or simply reboot, their IP info looks like this...

IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.100
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 00-11-25-F5-E9-45
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1

Yes, it's listing a MAC address immediately after the IP Address and
they can't get out. This is only on XP machines. Win 9x machines can
get out fine. Anyone ever seen anything like this?
