The first question to ask yourself is: why can't I spell correctly?

All kidding aside:

Have you installed any new software or hardware lately? If so, uninstall it from
Safe Mode.

If not, while in Safe Mode, run a spyware and antivirus scan.

If still not fixed, remove all non-essential hardware such as modems, printers,
scanners, webcams, etc. and see if it boots up ok. If it does, reinstall each
item one at a time until you find which one is the problem.

If still not fixed, uninstall your applications one at a time, attempting to
reboot to Normal mode after EACH uninstall. Just be sure you have the CDs and
product keys at hand so you can reinstall each application.
