Aboutblank.com Driving Me Crazy

Please HELP!!! For 2 months now I have been unable to fix this
aboutblank.com problem. I am using the lasted version of Internet
Explorer, and let me say that even with the prior version I had this
problem. If I have more than one window open and then go to close one
of them before it closes it changes to this aboutblank.com screen and
then maybe closes. Alot of the time I have to use the CTRL + ALT +
DELETE option to get it to close. Or if it does close on its own it
closes everything. Please HELP its making me crazy. Computer is custom
built, only 3 months old, with WindowsXP/service pk2/ with AMD Athlon
64 processor 3800+/2.41GHz/1.00GB or ram.

Thank you
