Themida SecureEngine

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I recently downloaded & installed an application, now I'm getting a splash
screen everytime I boot up "Themida SecureEngine www.oreans.com trial
version etc. etc." I have to click this splash screen before my WinXp system
will continue booting-up. I can't seem to find a way to uninstall it & I've
also tried googling but no answers so far.

If any windows gurus here has an answer, much appreciated. TIA
