Re: Strange events

It is likely your computer is infected with malware. Here is a link where
you can find some information on how to find and remove it.

Ok thanks
maybe you have an idea of what the problem may be?
I really don't know what to do.

I don't know if it very clear what I explain.
The idea is that I have usually some problems with my computer..
(like internet freezing suddenly and having to reboot my computer
with the power button because it is completely bloqued)

I'm looking for a solution everywhere and today I looked at the
EVENT VIEWER
and I found one thing that I don't know if it's a virus, something
strange or
not.

In the Event Viewer - Applications

I find everyday several times an event called "Back web plug in -
xxxx" (xxxx= a series of numbers.
The description of the event is
1. service started
or
2. No logged in user, launching client as system.

The event has the number I.D. event : 2
Type : Informations
User: N/A

What I noticed is that the series of numbers after Back web plug in
was always the same before I had a problem with my LNK and EXE
programs.
And now that the problem seems to be solved the series of numbers is
different.
I dont know what does this means?

To "solve " the problem I've installed some files from doug knox
page and I
installed a new version of my antivirus.

Sorry for writing so long, but I try to have an answer to my
problem.
I don't know what to do.

Thank you if someone can help me

I'm assuming you meant to type backweb. Many programs use backweb
to autoupdate. Some antivirus programs, printer software, camera
software, amd
more. It is sometimes flagged as spyware by some aggresive
anti-spyware programs. It can be used as spyware but it is more
commonly a legitimate program. It probably was installed with some
new software you installed.
