Hi gs,
Download RepairDefaultPrefix.reg from Mike Burgess' site:
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/RepairDefaultPrefix.reg
Save it to Desktop. Right-click the file and choose "Merge".
If the problem persists, type the following command in Start, Run:
regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll
Press Enter.

is it possible to allow only search as specified in the tweakui and the rest
not using that msn search that I don't want?
I have setup a couple of search prefix in tweakui ( non power user), but
somehow in one pc, I don't get to use them - they are ignored and the entire
line is used as input to msn search.
.
