Running a batch file silently at startup

Hello.

I am trying to figure out a way to make a batchfile run silently at
startup. By silently, I guess I mean hidden. What I want to do is have
it execute without the DOS window popping up at all. The batch file
must be run after logon, and the DOS window needs to be hidden, not
just minimized to the taskbar, but completely hidden. Is there a way to
do this?
