Hi CT,
Perhaps Autodesk DWF Writer installation is trying to read the following
registry value:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup]
"DriverCachePath"
Make sure that "Administrators" and SYSTEM group have Full control over the
registry key. Normal users should have "Read" access.
For product specific questions, you may contact Autodesk support team for
further help.

message:

Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks much.
