This link should help you.
if it doesnt, I recommend making use of the warranty if there is any. If
not, just keep posting in here for help, since tech support usually
"googles" for a lot of issues they dont have experience with/company
databases dont have :)

Hi,
I am new to Windows XP. This computer was given to me by my son. It
is a HP Pavilion 521n. It used to reboot at times for no apparent
reason. I discovered a way to stop it from rebooting, and to display
an errot message instead.
The message reads as follows:
A problem has been detected and Windows has been shutdown to prevent
damage to your computer.
Etc., Etc.
At the bottom of the message is this information.
Technical Information
*** STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xBF85DB6B, 0xF7D12738,
0x00000000)
*** win32k.sys - Address BF8DB6B base at BF8000000, Datestamp

Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete.
Now it doesn't dot this alot. Maybe once a day, or every couple of
days. Mostly when I'm on the internet. Internet Explorer 6.0 crashes
alot, and wants to send error messages to Microsoft. The I just go
back to what I was doing, and it may not do it again for the rest of
the day. Sometimes I get this message when I am not on the internet.
I am wondering if I may have a memory stick going bad?
Can anyone help me with this problem, Please?
Thank you any input.
