i have tired too view my task manager and see if unreqired (exe) files are running which i could disable. but this proven alittle difficult as i dont which exe files belong to which software??

Have you checked the computer's user manual to see if it includes temperature monitoring software?
Checked the sides and back of the computer to make sure ventilation openings are clean and otherwise unobstructed?
I've seen some notebook platforms on the market that supposedly help chill notebook computers. Anything that either aids air circulation or positions a heat conductive plate against the bottom of the notebook might help. CompUSA Product Number: 309760 "Three fans promote air circulation and keep the operating temperature from rising and dragging down your processor's performance." Kensington's LiftOff™ Portable Notebook Cooling Stand (Mfg Part #: 60149) lifts the notebook to promote airflow and reduce heat buildup.
Avoiding the launch of unwanted processes:
Right click on system tray items to see if they feature options on their context menu to disable launch on startup. With some applications there are options in their menu systems (look for things like "preferences", "options" or "settings") for disabling launch on Windows startup. Where they are offered, these methods are often better than the options in the next paragraph.
Right click on Start button and explore individual and All User Programs/Startup folders for applications using shortcuts to launch during the OS startup. You can type "msconfig" in the Start menu's Run pop-up and use the Startup tab of the System configuration Utility to control many programs that launch through the system.ini file and registry entries. The Command column in the System Configuration Utility shows file folders which sometimes help identify applications.
