bits and pieces

I did a very bad thing. I am running Windows XP PRO with Service pack 2 and
all available security updates. I accidentally allowed Spyfalcon trojan to
install on my computer. I was able to get rid of most of it; however there
are some files that just won't go away.
In my c:windows\temp there is a ZLT01dbe.TMP file and in c:\Windows\System
32 folder there is a winrkq32.dll file that I cannot delete.
Temporary Internet files also contains several files. Nothing can be done
with these. I can't even click on them to get properties.
fye_multiicon_16X16,
2 js files (with no extensions or other available information.)
an.ini (Yes, an.ini is the file name)
I have tried in safe mode, with and without command prompt and tried
msconfig to disable all the services.
Since my drives are formatted in NTFS, I cannot use an old DOS disk to boot
into to delete them either.
Please help with deleting these files.
As always, thanks in advance.
