repost of question about reseting bios...

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance


I have a dell laptop for which I want to clear my bios password. I
have the password and can access my computer no problem. I just want
to get rid of the password but do not know how.

If someone in this group can give me some instructions as to how to
reset that password (or let me know of the best group to ask this I
would appreciate it very much.
