I think that a boycott of Dell and Creative products is in order. I
have the same problem and am getting completely blown off by them. I
just purchased my first PC since 1991. I've been building everything
for my family since then. I finally decided to buy one; what a
mistake.

if anyone finds a solution to the CTMBHA.DLL problem, please let me
know.
