Re: cannot save word document

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I'm afraid the pest is back. I am having problems with Excel now, every time
I try to open the programme the computer asks me for the Windows 2000 CD to
install it. My predicament is that the person whose computer I am working on
has lost the CD. Any way round it? Thank you for your patience!

This is exactly what happened to me yesterday also. I cannot move or
copy
any images from 'My Pictures', nor can I 'Save As' from Word documents
either. I have run a full system scan with Norton and nothing comes up.
With
the images and documents when I try to move or copy I get to the 'Move
to'
screen but cannot navigate - everything is frozen; the the only way out
is
Ctrl/Alt/Del and 'end now'
Anyone ANY ideas?

what's happening. Thank you!
