I also have this error. All I've figured out is that its something to do
with Intel ViiV (Quick Resume Technology Drivers) but there is nothing on
Intel's site or anywhere else on the net regarding it...

No, I haven't found anything. My system is new, though, so you'd think it

Have you got any further on this one?, I have exactly the same error.
All I have managed to find out so far is that the QRTD may use a
partition to hold the habinate file it uses, and as i have had to
rebuild the drive it may be that I should have setup this partition.
Can't find any startup settings it, but maybe if we could find how its
setup, we could alter where it thinks it needs to write this file. Keep
in mind this could all be a red herring.
