After Transfering 2 hard drives from my computer that crashed to a new
motherboard and processor, windows fails to boot. The Windows XP splash
screen comes up and the scroll bar at the bottom cycles a few times,
but the computer just restarts. It restarts asking what mode I would
like to boot in and even Safe Mode just restarts after loading files.
Any help?
