Contact Trend tech support--I have had a few customers with the same problem
caused by a recent update from Trend.
TM tech support will walk you through the fix.

It is saying my antivirus is off. I have tried to restart my PC but evey

Micro PC-cillin internet security 12. A dont know if that is important or
not
