re: error message , pls help, advice, assist

it says " internet explorer had encountered a problem n needs to close"

i tried other browser like mozilla , opera n i get a similar error message.
the same happens to my media player.

n it all happens when i tried to watch the trailer or listen to sample music
online, via the singnet network broadband 512k unlimited. specifically,
yahoo! movie n yahoo! music.

i tried a few suggested methods but could not get it fix.
like 1) uncheck "third party browser" (like yahoo! toolbar n msn toolbar)
option from ie
2) regedit --> delete "browser helper object" from the registry
3) eventvwr -> looking for clues to the error
4) using other browser
5) uncheck automatic reboot @ sytem info, my computer
6) one suggested that it was due to overheating or bad memory ram. but there
was nothing wrong when i did a memory check.

i highlighted my problem to singnet n microsoft but it seens they dont have
an answer/solution for this.

i suspect it might be some sort of spyware or virus that i am not able to
detect or determine, or it might be some sort of network problem or error,
or some sort of registry error but i just not able to find n fix the
problem.

pls help n advice.
