I've looked all over the web to no avail. I can't find a fix. I've
tried
reinstalling Service Pack 1. Started any services that are related to
Server
service (dependencies) and nothing seems to work. I really don't want
to
reinstall Windows in fear that it may create more problems than it
will
solve. I think I removed a .dll file when I uninstalled a program
(which one
I don't know). Any suggestions are most appreciated. Thanks!

I am having the exact same issue, only it won't let the other computers
in the office communicate with my computer (the admin/server computer).

I've gone through every step i can find on the internet, as well as
resetting a bunch of .dll files.... i can't figure it out.... does
anyone know?
