That capability is built into the driver for your video card. Are you sure
the correct video driver was downloaded and installed? Also, check to see
if the correct display driver was installed for your monitor - if need be
again, download and install if from the manufacturer's web site. The last
thing to check is to make sure "hardware acceleration" is enabled on the
video card. For XP using a classic theme, right click on desktop, select
properties, settings, advanced, troubleshoot, and make sure the Hardware
Acceleration slider is not at none. If it is greyed out or windows Blue
Screens when moved off of the none position, I would guess an incorrect
video driver is loaded, so double-check again.

I played this game called America's Army. Well my computer started
running slow so I reformatted. When I installed America's Army
back on my computer the graphics were messed up. I have my DxDiag,
If you need it add me on msn: E_Peyton@xxxxxxxxxxx and i'll send
it to you.
Another thing i noticed in my DxDiag was that the Direct3D8 and
Direct3D9 tests failed.
Here are the screenshots of the messed up graphics:

its like the first 10 in that album.
Latest video card driver installed straight from the manufacturer?
Latest version of DirectX installed?
