I did that..F secure updates daily...there was nothing, but I have almost
300,000 files now and is usually around 139000. Mabe need new post, but why
can't I install the download to delete temp.internet cache?

Wes..Sorry to be such a pain.unregister..got error....Printui.dll was
loaded, but the dllunregisterserver entry point was not found. This file

AM), then was able to access printers through control panel OK...was busy
so exited, left computer on, came back this PM...got explorer and Dr.
Watson errors. Restarted computer..did whole process again, but still get
explorer error..can't get to printers. For info...yest I deleted every
Hp program on my computer except the scanner and Hp photo Express, which
wouldn't delete. What now???

As far as your original post, printui.dll provides functionality to
install a printer via the command line.

Are you still getting windows explorer closing with an error when you
access printers from control panel?

Here's how to copy it so you can paste it into a message.

Open the Event Viewer...
Start | Run | Type: eventvwr | Click OK |
Look in Application | Listed as Information |
Look for Event ID: 1001 and Source: Winlogon |
Double click that event | Another window will open |
Click the button below the second arrow (it looks like two pages).

Clicking the two pages looking button copies the details of the event
to the Clipboard.

Then paste what you just copied to the clipboard into a message and
post back here.
