Can anyone please give me assistance on where to look for help for a shut
down problem.

I have a 6 month old Dell Laptop that runs very efficiently except for
shut down. It takes a very long time, approx 10 minutes from the time I
click Turn Off until the unit powers off.

I have tried cleaning up the hard drive and defragging to no avail
