You can erase/remove stuff.. I know that works.
Beyond that - you haven't really told us anything that could lead us to
reliably point you to partition tools because you need to expand the free
space area on the partition since you have another (practically unused)
partition on the drive.
Beyond that - you haven't told us the specifics of your RAID system so we
could possibly help you add another drive and expand the RAID.
Beyond that - you have not even told us how many drives (physical) are
involved and/or the number of available partitions on said drive(s).
