MS Windows Defender

Using Win XP Pro SP2. Recently I downloaded Windows Defender and after
carrying out a scan it came up finding the following:
file:
E:\System Volume
Information\_restore{C0C1AB2A-480C-4313-A9DC-44E90ECDB7D4}\RP45\A0005672.exe->(CABSfx)->data\\4\syncagent.dll
However, asking Windows Defender to remove the "offending" file just bought
about an error report and stating it could not remove the file. :-(
e:\ is my secondary (slave hard drive) and when doing a search for the
"offending" file to remove manually I could not find it! How do I get rid of
the file?
I hope I have asked this question in the correct forum, please advise if I
should ask elsewhere.
