Right-Click error message

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Dear all,
For some reason this evening, when I right-click on any icon, I first get
the following error message :
cf99menu_.rsc

I click okay, then the menu appears. Can someone please shed some light on
this error?
