I can't access a particular web site.

I made a similar post on the 24hoursupport.helpdesk but was unable to
resolve my problem with the advice received.

I can't access a particular site. I have no problems with the rest of the
net, it's just this one site. The site is runing up, I've got it on the
screen of a
notebook next to this pc.

I normally use Firefox but have tried IE as well without success.
OS = WinXP SP2 with all updates. I was connected to the site when I tried to
navigate to another page on the site & Firefox could no longer find the
site.

1) I was using Firefox when the problem occured, but I've since reverted to
IE & restored the default settings.
2) There is no reference to the site in my registry
3) I'm trying to access the site from a bookmark that hasn't been amended
since I last used it successfully.
4) I've acquired a new IP address from my ISP
5) I've run Ad-aware
6) I've run Spybot
7) I've run Trend's Housecall
8) I use ZoneAlarm

I've had a similar problem before & resolved it by re-installing WindowsXP
but I'm hoping to find a less drastic solution this time.

Can anyone please suggest anything that is not on the "already tried" list
above?
