After months of searching for the solution to this same problem. I
finally found the answer. All you need to do it delete the
"frmcache.dat" file which is located in the following directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\FORMS
First you must unhide all files, including protected operating system
files. You can hide them again after deleting the file. Hope that
helps all you frustrated admins and users out there that struggled with
this for months!

Since getting XP some of my attachments show up as yellow
envelopes. When I try to open them I get the message:
"The form required to view this message cannot be
displayed. Contact your administrator."
I am the administrator, this computer is in my home. Can
anyone tell me what the problem is?
