Every time I restart my computer it always asked me for my
previous information. From example, my login information:

1: I have used tweak IU to allow me to gain access to my Windows
desktop without choosing which individual and each time I reboot a
white line appears under my login screen and it reverts for me
back to my previous settings.

2. Every time I reboot my Zone Alarm Pro asks me for my settings
once again.

Zone Alarm stores its own settings.
Are you sure you have a fully functional profile?

What?

Create a new profile - does that new profile keep its settings after a
reboot?
If so - your profile is corrupt. How and why.. who knows.. But it happens.

Zone Alarm - that's a third party product. It could be that your corrupt
profile (if you have one) is affecting it too - but it could be something
wrong with where it is attempting to store its settings. You'd have to ask
those who make the product you are having trouble with and in Zone Alrms'
case - that is not microsoft. =)
