Cannot Send HTML forms via IE6

I have been getting the error message: "your current security settings
do not allow you to send html forms" whenever I attempt to submit
information using IE6. I've tried the internet options/security
settings tab, but have not been able to find an answer. I've also
searched on the MS knowledge base as well as in the IE6-specific
newsgroup -- to no avail. Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks much,
Kathi
