Have you tried?
Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > User Accounts.
Change the way users log off/on.
Uncheck "Use the Welcome screen".
Click "Apply options" and close out.
If that fails:
Click Start > Run, type in: regedit and press Enter.
Expand the hive:
hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\Windows NT\current version\winlogon
Click once on winlogon, not the +, to hilite it and show the contents in the right pane.
Look in the right pane for: AutoAdminLogon
If it's present and it has a value of 0:
Double click AutoAdminLogon and change the value to 1.
Click Ok and close out of regedit.
If it isn't present:
Right click in the right pane.
Create a new String Value.
Type the name AutoAdminLogon and make the data value 1.
Click Ok and close out of regedit.

Hi
I recently installed this videora ipod movie converter, but then reinstalled
it, and ive gotten this problem twice now. I only have one account on this
pc, and when i used to turn my computer on it would automatically log me in.
Now, it waits at the screen and i have to click my name before i can log in.
Ive looked at many of the account settings, and none seem to help me. Any
ideas
Chris
